Air Niugini advises that it operated all its flights this morning as services are slowly returning to normal.
The backlog of disrupted passengers is being cleared out of Port Moresby including its domestic outports.
Air Niugini sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and anxiety caused to our valued customers.
Air Niugini Chief Executive Mr Simon Foo said management and staff will continue to ensure its flights are returned to published schedule by early next week.
“Providing air services to our passengers remains our priority and we are doing everything possible to recover from the disruptions over the last few days,” said Mr Foo.
Airline management advised that updates will be posted on its website, social media as well as radio so the travelling public is kept informed of its operations.
