February 7, 2020

Air Niugini is offering to uplift Papua New Guinea students studying in China out of Hong Kong airport free of charge(FOC) back to PNG as long as they meet all health and quarantine as well as our government’s requirements to mitigate the corona virus risks.

The airline will uplift students studying in any provinces of China, except for those from Wuhan city or Hubei Province. The students must make sure they meet all government requirements and go through full health screening and quarantine checks being carried out at the respective airports in China and Hong Kong.

Once all cleared by authorities, they will then be uplifted by Air Niugini at Hong Kong airport free of charge(FOC) back to PNG. Further checks and monitoring will be carried out by our health and quarantine authorities upon arrival here in Port Moresby.

The students’ parents are advised to contact Air Niugini Customer Care on  the following email address for further information and requirements: wecare20@airniugini.com.pg
