Goroka Airport(GKA)- Goroka town hails in the Eastern Highlands Province and is one of the five provinces of the highlands of Papua New Guinea. Goroka is popular for it’s Goroka coffee, producing high quality coffee beans, which is sort after around the world. The province is also famous for its legendary Asaro mud men, which is one of the major tourist attractions during shows and festivals.The province covers a total land area of 11, 347 square kilometers and has a population of 432, 972 people (2000 census). The province is reachable by road and air. Air Niugini operates from Port Moresby to Goroka on a daily basis.
