I assume this is when you are entering your Air Niugini profile details. The password hint field must contain only letters, numbers and spaces. You can not have, for example, a plus sign in the hint.
i.e. smith+jones (the + is an illegal character) The ampersand (&) is also another illegal character. Try “Smith plus Jones” as your hint – without the quotation marks.
