Air Niugini has announced a number of exciting fly and stay deals to coincide with its expanded international services.
The one-off specials are in addition to the airline’s popular ‘Breakaway’ package deals offered to international destinations.
Latest offers include a six night fly and stay deal to Sydney from PGK2,325.
The Sydney package includes return airfares from Port Moresby to Sydney on PX001 on Sunday and returning direct on Saturday on PX002. Accommodation is for six nights twin share at the Metro Hotel on Pitt Street and the package also includes all travel taxes and surcharges*.
Under the ‘Breakaway’ product brand, Air Niugini has also announced a seven night package to Kuala Lumpur from PGK3,770.
The Kuala Lumpur package includes return airfares from Port Moresby to Kuala Lumpur. Accommodation is for seven night twin share at the Alpha Genesis Hotel with complimentary breakfast and return airport transfers by Eze Travel. The package also includes all travel taxes and surcharges**.
Air Niugini customers taking advantage of the Kuala Lumpur package will fly on Saturday on PX394 – a new direct service which commences on November 6, 2010 and return the following Saturday on PX395.
CEO of Air Niugini Mr Kumarasiri said that Air Niugini’s greater capacity now gives customers more opportunities to experience new and unique destinations.
“Our recent addition of another Boeing 767 to our fleet has allowed us greater capacity to service the major ports of Brisbane and Sydney in Australia, and Hong Kong, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Tokyo and Manila in South East Asia.
Of course we also continue to service Honiara and Fiji in the Pacific, and the recent addition of the new Q400, with an additional Q400 to come will also give us a greater presence in Cairns, Australia as a relatively close and affordable international destination.
Our international sectors are doing very well for us. It is exciting that we are able to now offer affordable and exciting fly and stay packages as an incentive for our valued customers to experience such wonderful destinations.” Mr Kumarasiri said.
Air Niugini is expected to also announce details of it’s ‘Breakaway’ plus a fly and stay packages for Hong Kong to coincide with the introduction of a second weekly service to the highly popular Asian destination. The airline will also be releasing details of our other Asian ‘Breakaway’ packages shortly.
