We are upgrading to a new Passenger Service System
Air Niugini wishes to advise that from the 30th September to the 05th October, 2017, we will be upgrading to a new Passenger Service System.Ticket purchases and reservations will not be available on Saturday 30th September via Air Niugini Sales offices, the Air Niugini website and Travel Agencies. All ticket purchases for travel on Saturday 30th September should be made by COB Friday 29th September. Flights on Saturday 30th September will operate as normal.
All Air Niugini Sales Offices will be CLOSED on Saturday September 30th. There may be some delays in the check-in process while we upgrade to the new environment. We therefore kindly request our customers to check in 4 hours prior to the departure time for all international flights and 3hours prior for domestic flights.
All flights and check-in services at the airports will operate as normal.
