To be considered you should possess the following:

• A Degree in Engineering or Aeronautical/Aerospace Science
• Well Developed Interpersonal And Communication Skills
• Computer Literate
• Strong Commitment To Work Ethics
• Willingness To Learn
• A Team Player
• Must be between 22-25 years of age
