AIR NIUGINI SUSPENDS TUFI FLIGHTS

Air Niugini has suspended all flights to Tufi airport, Oro Province following a Notice to Airmen (NOTAM) issued by PNG Civil Aviation Safety Authority (CASA), closing the airport to aircraft which have more than 20 seats.
The suspension comes into effect this morning, Friday 03rd February and will continue until further notice.
Air Niugini has been operating twice weekly to Tufi, every Monday and Friday.
We regret the inconvenience caused however, the situation is beyond the airline’s control.
