DISRUPTION TO TELEPHONE & EMAIL SERVICES

Air Niugini wishes to advise the general public that due to a systems upgrade, there will be disruptions to email and telephone services at the airline’s Commercial Service Centre (CSC) here in Port Moresby on Friday 04th November.
This upgrade starts at 4:30pm on Friday 04th Nov and ends 3am, Saturday the 05th Nov. While the upgrade will affect emails and landline operations, our online booking function will still be available.
We encourage our customers to go online to do your bookings or visit your travel agent or other sales offices in Port Moresby and other centres for your travel needs. However, if you still wish to do your booking via telephone sales or the Customer Services Centre (toll free 180 3444), you still have the opportunity between now and Friday afternoon to do so.
